A lot of work put in this app but not pleasing

A lot of work put in this app interface. However somehow I dont like every time this app loads from the background it takes a 1/2 second for the app to be ready (you see the left bar appears first in the full screen view). There is no need for separate bar. P search history could be accessed via e menu which is already built in..

No in-article search and I prefer the linked words underlined and or in slightly different font colour rather than highlighted in surrounding box. But this is matter of preference I believe.
